Main responsibilities of the position:

• Carry out checks on a range of equipment according to a pre-established checklist, remotely and/or on site.
• Carry out any technological adjustments possible on site.
• Monitor the health of the computer equipment of a varied clientele.
• Provide a report to the client and ensure continuity of any technical issues detected but not corrected. Inform clients of any issues detected during maintenance.

Skills required:

Candidate profile sought:

• College degree, computer training or equivalent, or a diploma of vocational studies (DEP) related to computer support.
• Basic knowledge of corporate networks.
• Knowledge or mastery of Windows Pro 10 and 11 environments (server 2022, 2019, 2016 an asset).
• Acquired knowledge of services, AD, DHCP, DNS, Firewall.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products including installation, management and handling of Office licenses, Exchange emails, OneDrive and Teams.
• Be autonomous and adapt easily to unforeseen situations.
• Have an analytical mind and show initiative in the search for effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Having a vehicle and a valid driving license would be an asset.
