Main responsibilities of the position:

• Provide telephone support for our ERP software (accounting, purchase orders, inventory management, project management, etc.).
• Diagnosing problems encountered by customers when using their applications and finding solutions to resolve them.
• Performing data tests and validations following new developments to supported applications.
• Working as a team with other software support advisors to meet the needs of our customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Required skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the labor market in the field of financial management.
• Academic training in financial management (DEC in Administrative Technology completed).
• Excellent communication skills and a natural talent for customer service.
• Excellent working knowledge of one or more accounting software programs recognized in the market.
• Good knowledge of the main office automation software programs including: MSWord MD, Excel MD, PowerPoint MD, etc.
• Possess intermediate to advanced level English (oral and written) to respond to customer requests.

The following characteristics are important assets for the potential candidate:

• Demonstrated efficiency in the management of work in progress and project management.
• Knowledge of the use of one or more CTRL software programs would be an asset.
